PACKING
Packing Tips for Better Storage

Stack heavier boxes first - Always place heavier boxes on the bottom, with lighter boxes stacked on top to keep everything stable.

Don't over-pack cartons - Cartons that are too full become too hard to lift and may split. Fill gaps with packing paper instead.

Disassemble furniture where possible - If tables won’t disassemble, place a protective mat on the floor and lay the tabletop face down with the legs pointing up.

Protect upholstered furniture - Don't place heavy or sharp objects on top of sofas, chairs, or other upholstered furniture.

Wrap paintings and mirrors - Never lay paintings or mirrors flat. Wrap them properly or place in purpose-made picture and mirror cartons.

Clean equipment before storing - Empty petrol from mowers and whipper snippers. Ensure gas bottles are empty and BBQ surfaces are clean.
